The diamond die blanks is produced by advanced high temperature and ultra-high pressure. The high diamond-to-diamond bonding assure them combine the hardness, abrasion resistance and high thermal conductivity of natural diamond with toughness approaching that of tungsten carbide. They have long life and the blank could be your reliable choice for wire drawing in a wide range, such as for stainless steel, copper, aluminum, nickel, molybdenum, and etc. The diamond die blanks have two series of diamond: Self- Supported Series and Tungsten Carbide Supported Series. They are available in 5 grades of grain size: 3 micron, 5 micron, 10 micron, 25 micron and 50 micron, so that they can meet the different needs
